FALCO 300 WITH OPTIONAL 20 H.P. POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT BLOWER PACKAGE This compact system combines the FALCO 300 with a Gas- Tight PD blower and sound enclosure to form an integrated vapor extraction and treatment system. The sound enclosure significantly reduces blower noise. Components are mounted on frames joined by forklift beams. One frame supports the blower, Vapor Control Valve, and sound enclosure. The second frame supports the FALCO 300. This low profile system weighs 2,400 lb. and is 63" wide, 78" long, and 91" tall. It fits in a parking space. When integrated with the FALCO 300, the blower provides the following performance: Standard (blower speed 2030 RPM) 6" Hg vacuum = 334 scfm oxidizer flow 10" Hg vacuum = 255 scfm oxidizer flow 12" Hg vacuum = 221 scfm oxidizer flow Average noise emission at 8" Hg =70 dB @ 6 feet. Optional (blower speed 2322 RPM) 6" Hg vacuum = 390 scfm oxidizer flow 10" Hg vacuum = 300 scfm oxidizer flow 12" Hg vacuum = 260 scfm oxidizer flow Average noise emission at 8" Hg =76 dB @ 6 feet. Maximum vacuum = 12.5" Hg (vac. relief @ 13" HG) Meticulous assembly and extensive testing yields a standardized system made to last. The entire system is Factory Mutual approved for use in hazardous locations.

Packaged system includes the following:

•	FALCO 300 Catalytic Oxidizer
•	Tuthill Competitor GT 5006-23L2 Gas-tight positive displacement blower with discharge silencer
•	Baldor 20 hp, 3 phase, Explosion Proof motor. Enclosure ventilation fan provides 4.5 air changes/minute
•	Blower dual belt drive assembly. Two drive sheave options are available
•	Kunkle 215V vacuum relief valve factory set at 13” HG
•	Sound enclosure with three easily removable access panels for maintenance
•	FALCO Vapor Control Valve (VCV) with filter
•	Solberg 3” inline blower filter
•	Stainless steel vacuum, pressure, and temperature gauges
•	Recirculation valve for flow adjustment and manual dilution valve (both accessible outside enclosure)
•	Mounting frames, factory piping and wiring between FALCO, blower and Vapor Control Valve
